Hattie is such a fun subject for doing experimental stuff. I am trying really hard to get my art confidence back in just doing whatever I feel like doing and having fun drawing, not worrying about what people have been doing with art or what they say, what’s been popular, or even thinking about posting it later. Being less obsessive about my technical skill and perfection. And this was a result of that train of thought, which I’m really happy with. I’m gonna move forward with this attitude because art has been a gigantic source of grief for me for years, and I’d like to love it again.
Fun fact is that this pose was actually referenced from a big fashion magazine I found in my attic. And rakubaku helped me pick the background because I was indecisive so big thanks to her!

I feel much better choosing art that is the most “me” for these rather than the most finished ones.

Found an couple months old Madoka doodle so I finished it up and filled in some pink…that marker there is really just to cover up a crappy sketch of her face. I am not a fan of how skewed her head is but, that just means I need to practice traditional drawing more

I’m gonna try to use DA and maybe pixiv more, even though I kinda left pixiv a few years ago, but if anyone has any suggestions on where to go/where a lot of artists and followers of art are going, please let me know! I really don’t like social media as it is right now, and I’d hate to be stuck just using Twitter for art now. Pillowfort is showing promise but is still in super early mode right now. And as far as I can tell, there aren’t really many good art-sharing sites that I really enjoy using, Twitter and DA I kinda just use out of necessity…and FA is very specialized
Some people also may know about my nsfw art blog here, which I’m going to pretty much abandon at this point since I wasn’t using it much anyway and now it’s gonna get bodied - but just this once I’ll give out my nsfw art Twitter, which is yuru-cushion. It’s protected for obvious reasons. Please understand if I can’t accept everyone.
If there’s anything here I should add, feel free to reply, and also feel free to ask for my discord if we’re mutuals. I’ll do my best to not hibernate like I always do.
